Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) is one of the most prestigious bar associations in India. Membership of SCBA allows advocates to regularly practice in the Supreme Court of India and avail various facilities.

Membership Fees
- Membership Form Cost Form Fee: ₹1,000/- only
- Mode of Payment - All fees (Form Fee + Admission Fee) must be paid through Demand Draft only in favour of: “Supreme Court Bar Association”
- Documents Required for SCBA Membership
List of documents and enclosures needed
- Duly filled and signed Membership Application Form
- Photocopy of LL.B Degree Photocopy of Enrolment Certificate with respective State Bar Council
- Residence Proof (Any one of the following):
- Aadhaar Card
- Voter ID Card
- Passport
- Driving License
- Ration Card
- Sale Deed
- Recommendation
- Letter from Proposer (Must have minimum 10 years standing in SCBA)
- Signatures of Nine (9) Seconders (Each must have minimum 5 years standing in SCBA)
- No Dues Certificate along with Character & Conduct Certificate from your current Bar Association
- All India Bar Examination (AIBE) Certificate (Mandatory for candidates who passed LL.B in 2010 or later)
- Six (6) Recent Passport-Size Photographs
- Affidavit on ₹10/- Non-Judicial Stamp Paper stating that no criminal or contempt case is pending against the applicant in any court of law
- Chamber Address Proof - Allotment letter from the Supreme Court or the concerned authority
- All documents must be properly Notarized
Admission Fee Structure Category
- Admission Fee for Less than 10 years of standing - Rs. 10,400/-
- More than 10 years of standing - 12,900/
- Designated Senior Advocate - Rs. 27,400/- Note for Senior Advocates: Please attach a copy of the Notification of Designation as Senior Advocate issued by the Supreme Court.

- Fill the form completely and get it signed by Proposer + 9 Seconders
- Attach all the required documents (all notarised)
- Prepare a Demand Draft for the Admission Fee
- Submit the complete application to the Supreme Court Bar Association Office

- All recommendations (Proposer & Seconders) must be from existing SCBA members with the required years of standing.
